This is a trick question, isn't it?

Loose weight. It will get smaller as the REST of you gets smaller.

NOT sit-ups. Sit-ups increase the muscle mass of your stomach muscles which can actually make your stomach look larger because the fat that lays on top of them will be pushed farther out AND because the muscles themselves will be larger.

Twisting exercises are good. Pilates is a good form of exercise for slimming and making lean all areas of the body. Walking and running are also good for overall slimming. Rebounding (the mini trampolines) are AWESOME for SO many things. Lymph flow, overall health & fitness on a cellular level, bone mass, healthy weight maintenance.

eat a lot of red apple
and sit ups
