not a chance...

great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. if the diet isn't designed to provide enough of the right nutrients to support the BMR and level of daily activity then lipolysis (fat burning) is halted in the body or minimal, end of story. it doesn't matter what kind of exercise or abdominal training that is performed with out the right amounts of nutrients the body will not release fat stores for use as energy so the level of body fat will not decrease.

my buddy Alan used to do an old Bowflex commercial back in the 90's. none of those models really use the equipment and they have all been training with weights and dieting for many, many years. you aren't going to get down to 7-8% body fat with six-pack abs by using the Bowflex.

the diet always has and will always determine body composition, exercise only provides the stimulus for change while the nutrients provide the building blocks.

YES!!! I have one of these and I love it. I am a woman and I am 34 and I have actually do have a six pack in my abs area from using the machine. Its very easy to use and the chart they give you for the exercsies is very easy. I use it all the time and I have burned alot of calories while on it and using it..I judge it by useing a calorie counter watch. I lost 40 pounds and really toned up using the machine.

Weeks? Nah, it should only take a couple of days! LOL - don't buy that crap. Diet and exercise is the answer.

Of course not. Haven't you noticed commercials always lie...the little "results not typical" line?
