Not much! Stick with the big muscle goups like legs, back, shoulders and chest. Big muscles burn many calories and little muscles dont burn much at all in a comparative ratio.

It really depends. There are exercise rountines that mix cardio and strength training together. You do burn calories lifting weights or doing resistence training, but not as much as doing something aerobic. Combining the two, really give dramatic results.
However, if you were to do stomach and arm exercises, and did enough that fat could be burned, then yes, it wouldn't necessarily burn fat on your arms or abdominals, but any fat on your body would have the potential to used as energy. That's a common misconception, that if you do stomach crunches, you'll burn fat on your stomach, but it isn't necessarily the case.
Good luck. ;)

It is considered physical exercise. You will burn calories, hence lose the weight, but not that effectively as you would if you exercised properly, doing cardio and the rest of the exercies. You will tone for sure (those muscles you are working out).

Yes, but slowly, because this increases body weight. Cardio exercises (running, swimming, walking, etc.) will lower fat and add muscle simultaneously, so they're better. Best of all, of course, is a combination of the two.
