Or do you just reboot your computer, and thats it? If you do have to use certain program what is it, how do you use it for the new Installed Graphic card? thanks.

What you need to do is look up the driver for that card - be aware that if it's new there might not be a Linux version for it.

Go into Applications > Add/Remove... and go into the Advanced area. Put in the manufacturer of your card and see what comes up.
Be sure to enable extra repositories.

To be honest, you're going to get better answers if you just go to http://ubuntuforums.org/ and either use the Search or just post your question there.
