No, birth certificates are created and stamped certified by the state where the birth took place. You will need to apply for each certificate separetly, most states are around 10bucks apiece.

In a word, no. You cannot obtain your birth certificate for zero cost online. Your birth certificate is a private document and can't be obtained except by you or your kin, meaning spouse, children or anyone to which you have given power of attorney to. You need to provide identification to even order one.

If birth certificates were as easy to get as going to a website, identity fraud would get WAY out of hand. In order to obtain your birth certificate, you need to fill out an application, (which many times are available online) and send it in with the appropriate identification and fees to the county in which the birth took place. You send the request to the county clerk, not Social Security as indicated in the previous answer.

There are birth indexes for a couple of states that give basic information about births, and sometimes the maiden name of the mother and the county of birth. These indexes are not acceptable for identification purposes though.

I hope this helps. Blessings

usgenweb.org,
click on which state,
click on birth (vital records, or whatever that state calls them),
"where to write to,"
download the form,
for reason: fill in genealogy--(your relationship),
send the right amount of money for the uncertified copy.

not that I know of. You should probably obtain a legal certificate from Social Security. It only cost about $10.00.
