Wow sounds like you have anxiety..Thats where your always thinking and worrying you have all the symptoms..Do you feel like your heart racing sometimes?? sweaty...Its crazy i know but I have anxiety and it makes me feel like that...My face even heats up...Talk to your doc about it and if he said that you may need to change doctors......

Stay Well~

Anxiety was the first thing I thought of. But it could also be depression or bi-polar. But, whatever it is, it doesn't have to be forever. If you don't feel like your doc is listening to you, find another doc. Google both bi-polar and depression and see if one of these fits how you feel. There are medications out there to help you deal with these things. You don't have to suffer needlessly.

All symptoms of an anxiety disorder. An antidepressant, like Zoloft, should make you feel better two weeks after you start it. It will make your mind stop racing and you will finally be able to relax.
