Are you trying to ask whether or not God thinks its okay for you to wear a rosary as jewelry? Or whether or not you will offend Catholics by wearing one?
If the first, then personally, I doubt that he sees a problem with it, but I am not Catholic. I don't think that God cares about Catholic tradition, he did not come up with it...people did. But, if that's what helps you worship, and keep your faith, fine. Praying with a rosary can be beneficial, because it helps you keep your focus.
If your worried about offending then yes, that would offend many Catholics. No, you will probably not offend many Protestants, as long as you are not doing it to be disrespectful.

I think you mean, wearing the rosary bracelets. If they were made to be rosaries i think it is disrespectful because someone else thinks they are sacred. So why annoy someone else for your fashion needs. There are so many differeint kind of jewelry with crosses and Christian symbols. Wear something that wont cause another to be irritated for your fashion desires.

If you believe the Christian message(s) that your Christian jewelry is promoting, there's no disrespect.
However, if you are wearing Christian jewelry simply because it looks nice, not necessarily because you believe in the Christian message they represent, then that is wrong.
Since you are Christian, I assume you are partial to Christian jewelry because you like the message it promotes - nothing wrong with that.

No it would mean you like silly symbolic jewelry. A rosary doesn't mean anything unless it is blessed by a priest.
