There is nothing you can really eat to help you clear acne. I can tell you of something that definately will clear up your acne if you try it. It's called Clear.now and it is amazing. It's a 3 step system like Pro-Activ but it actually works. I had acne too and tried just about everything out there and none of it worked until I used this. They have a 100% money back guarentee so if it doesn't work for you, you aren't losing anything because you can get every penny back. You can't buy it in any store but you can go to http://www.adrennan.qhealthbeauty.com Give it a try you have nothing to lose except your acne :)

Make sure you are drinking allot of water. Eat fruits and raw veggies! I stared using Acne Free and I noticed a difference in 3 days. I think it works better that proactive.

well I'm sorry that you have acne....i used to have alot of pimples and what i would do was try different products for clearing them...all in all..they didn't work....just a few weeks ago i turned vegetarian and i started eating alot of fruits and vegetables...and my face started to clear...the things that i ate the most were...cucumber, and cantaloupe..i think that those two things helped clear my face.....well hopefully your acne clears up <3....

It isn't so much what you can eat, but what you should stay away from. Don't eat foods with fat. You want to stay away from foods that are fried, especially foods like deep fried foods, deep fried chicken and potatoes are really going to be bad for you. Stick to healthy foods. You can't go wrong with salads and fruits.

hey,
i just started changing my diet to help get rid of my acne
i've tried everything in the book!!! even proactive...
but i already have cut out my milk completely out of my diet...you only really need it while you are still growing taller...15 or 16 and under...and i'm 17 and stopped growing years ago(4'11")it has only been a week and my pimples are already starting to clear up...tomorrow is going to be my first day cutting out chocolate and candy completely out of my diet:D
mmm...drink lots of water!!!:D i started that a while ago and that helped too!!!:D
try cutting out the grease covered foods too...
and in general, i suggest carrying a small bottle of hand santilizer with you and just using it every once and a while through out the day if you tend to rest your face on your hands or touch and itch your face...
wellll...
take careeee
shaooo:D

try to avoid OILY foods! such as potato chips..
also, if you have severe acne, try washing your pillow cases once to twice a week and clean out skin with Astringent (i know Clearasil makes them) with facial cleansing pads before bed... it takes away all the dirt and oil from the skin that got on your face throughout the day
