i woke up and my left arm is twitching .. ITS CREEPY ... why?

you most likely lay on it while you were sleeping. this causes lower blood circulation to your arm therefore the nerves dont get enough oxygen and twitch to restore blood pressure that has been lost over the course of when you lay on it.
its perfectly normal

I have the same thing going on with me. I've heard everything from not enough sleep to possible neurological issues. I would get it checked out if I was you. That's what I'm doing.
