Most people don't have boyfriends or make out with any guy when they are 13 because it is actually a very young age. You may know what to do if this and that happens because you always see it in the movies, you asked your mom, yata yata. But there are somethings that a 13 year old may not handle. Like if you learned someone just dared that guy to kiss you or you learned your boyfriend was cheating on you. Think of all the possibilities that could happen if you had a relationship with someone at that age and think of a way to make it go your way (at least a little). But if you've known that guy since you were small and you really trust him and think that he is more than your best friend, you can't stop a feeling like that can you? But it is much safer to just be the MU of that guy.
P.S.
MU means you are not boyfriend and girlfriend but he knows you love him and you know he loves you. It's much safer because the chances of getting hurt isn't as big as the chances in a relationship.

I think 13 is too young to have a boyfriend or make out with him. And I think it's sad if that's what 13 year olds resort to these days.

Did not have a boyfriend untill I was 16
and my dad went on all my dates to the
movies until I was 17 and I was known
in school as a good girl too!!!
Bad girls got into big belly problems.

yes i think 13 is too young but it depends on the person some people are very mature for their age. i think it would be better for the 13 year old to wait until they are older to date and make out because there are things that come with dating but at that age they may not be ready for them

i think 13 is way to young and they should have more parental supervision....really kids are wanting to grow up to fast these days.............enjoy being a kid while you can.............
