Don't use any extra products on your skin, they always ruin it more. Just wash your face frequently, and use normal moisturizer everyday, but nothing extra. :)

Think yourself lucky that you have oily skin, especially as you get older.
People with dry skin have all sorts of eczema and rash problems. Also those who have had oily skin in their youth, don't appear to have many wrinkles in their old age.
Keep your oily skin, and only wash it once a day with soap and water, so as not to stimulate the oil glands too much.

I've got incredibly oily skin too :( My brother calls me an oil tanker....
I love Shu Uemura products, they've made an improvement to the overall look of my face, and careful application of makeup helps too. You need a good pore-minimising base (I use Shu Uemura TTL sunblock then Pores No More by Dr Brandt before applying makeup.)
Some blotting paper helps too! Paul and Joe do really cute ones in a special compact with mirror.
Hope this helps!

avon do a really good range of products for oily skin called clean and clear..but i would not use it every day (maybe 2 or 3 times a week) as it can dry your skin out a little too much xx

I've heard jojoba oil absorbs sebum & is good for oily skin.
