The safest amount to lose is between 1 and 3 lbs...anything above that will burn muscle in addition to fat, which is a bad idea. Eating healthy and omitting junk food is the best way to start. Add an exercise routine of at least 30-60 min. 5 days a week.

this depends on how fast your matabolism is, your diet, and if you excercise enough. If you metabolism is slow thats ok because you can change it with excercise. Daily excercise will increase your metabolism and if you excercise alot for years it can speed it up for long term effects. If you want to speed this up its best that you eat healthy diets. Eating healthy is the key to make this quciker and its better if you are excercising to be very well nutriotned also. Eating very unhealthy with lots of cholestreol. way too much calories, saturated fat, and transfat will just slow the process and make ecercising more difficult then it really needs to be if you keep doing this while trying to excercise on a regular or daily basis. The best type of excercising for loosing wight issimply running. Just jog alot or sprint if you like. If you think u cant handle this yet then just try powerwalking/speedwalking for long distances and time. you will loose weight gaureeneteed if you do what i said. Also depending on your body it may take more time if a overweight problem has been supported by bad habits for many years. Also genetics do play a factor but can be over comed by excercising and good diet. Remember staying in good shape requires alot of determination and devotion. Howver some people are lucky and have genetics on there side like me. Both my mom and father where very slim when they were young so im lean also. But remember as long as you keep your determination up theres no telling what you can do. NEVER GIVE UP!

The first week you can lose like 10 pounds but then a lot of that is water weight too. It is the following weeks that really count.

yes buddy u can eassily loose 6 to 7 pounds in a week...
just eat 900 kcl daily with walk
