At fourteen, kissing some guy should not be a concern. Besides, if he wanted to kiss you, you would not have to wonder.
You are supposed to be growing up and learning to handle yourself. Show some initiative and forget about kissing boys. You are much too young to be labeled anything other than a lady.

He is probable thinking the same thing as you and is just as unexperienced and shy. If you both like eachother just hangout with him and things will come naturally. When i guy likes you and wants to kiss you he blushes a bit and seems shy and nervous around you...probable exactly the same way you feel around him...boys and girls aren't that different.
