yea its pretty good....but if ur benching 245 then ur squat should be higher than 385....i havent done bench since freshman year n at that time i did 195 n squated 350. jus work on ur legs some more to get that squat better. since ur 230 lbs. u should be squating well over 400

Yes these are good numbers, assuming you're doing the lifts properly and fully. Half lifts don't count.

In reality, it's all relative - there are always people who are stronger or weaker, some who can bench more but squat less, etc. In powerlifting competitions, these are all measured and a total is made. Also, a bodyweight/lift ratio is taken into consideration. So, a good competitive benchpress lift, for example, would be about 2.0 - 2.5 times your bodyweight or more.

They are "supposedly" good but I would have to see that. But then when I got out of the Army at 45 I could probably bench 120 pounds on a good day. I had a nerve problem in the left shoulder, but in a college gym class I did 275 with the butterfly weights, and I am not muscle man.

I think if you can do more than your body weight your doing good. so your doing good
