When people say "There is too much sugar" they are very wrong...

I am holding a can right in front of me and it says
27g of sugar in 8oz.

A drink like SunnyD (Also holding it right in front of me) says
37g of sugar for 110z.

So moster has 3.375g of sugar per ounce and SunnyD has 3.363636 repeating so a difference of about 0.1oz. is not that big of a deal now is it?

The stuff in the drink that "energizes" you is the more complicated words like Taurine, Ginseng, and them B vitamins.

Some people can be sensative to that much caffine so if you are feeling sick from only monster it might just be your preference on taste. If you are getting sick from all energy drinks then you should stop completely.

If anyone is drinking these know that they are fine as long as you keep to only 1 to 2 16oz. a day or 1 24oz. or lower if you can.

It is probably from all the sugar and caffeine that is really bad for you. I drink an energy drink that is actually very HEALTHY for you. It works in 5-10 minutes after you drink it, lasts for several hours and is much cheaper than all the other energy drinks.

I feel better. If you really want to feel better and healthier, I would suggest you give it a try!

Energy drinks sometimes do that to me. Although, it's more like an ultra-strange feeling. Like I'm not really here. I think it's cause all the sugar they put in them! Maybe you should stick to juice? It works for me.

I feel sick but that's only because I don't like the taste of them.
