depends on what kind of weight you are talking about.

if you want to be a FAT fook, then just pile crap into your mouth, i.e. chips and lard sandwiches..

however if you want to be a bit more muscley and GAIN WIEGHT, then i suggest you start by eating a healthy high protein high carb diet AND do resistance training. i.e. go to gym and start lifting those wieghts!!!

Best foods are healthy but high cal.
Bagels, yogurt, smoothies, ice cream (frozen yogurt), pizza
Make sure you add condiments to everything--never eat plain. Add syrup, jam, peanut butter, and even a bit of butter to breads and other foods.
Add creams to soups, marinara to pasta, and sour cream or even plain yogurt on main meals.

well if you have a fast metabolism Its very hard to gain weight.Weather you are eatting out or eatting any type of fast foods.Most likely, your metabolism wont help you out as much as you want to gain the weight.

Go with high protein... you want to build muscle, not fat.
