I am not positive, but most dental plans do not cover procedures that are considered to be cosmetic, such as lumineers.

Contact your Insurance Provider to know 100%-HOWEVER,most plans do NOT cover dentalwork considered to be Costmetic in nature. IF your dentist can provide your insurance company with valid documentation for the procedure he/she deems necessary, CIGNA MAY pay part of the cost, depending on the outlines of the dental plan you chose.

I do not know what your plan covers, but I'd be shocked if they covered Lumineers. Ask your plan administrator or call the 800 number that is on your card or in your book.
