From the description, looks good so far. However, descriptions are more "disqualifying" factors rather than "qualifying" factors. It doesn't mean a cat's meow what you like if you don't have the "it" factor. For example, a rock star is awsome but if he wasn't a rock star, he could be considered ugly and a loser. Same with a girl, she could be everything perfect and cute, but be extremely boring and bad in bed. Those things you listed are trivial. Personality is key.
