They are like 99% water. They have like 5 calories each. They don't burn calories, but they don't add anything either.

I'm not sure if they do but I'm pretty sure they boost your metabolism.

Also, they are a "negative-calorie food" so if you eat celery sticks as snacks (with no ranch dip or anything extra) and don't overeat anything else and exercise, your bound to lose weight.

i know they are good for you and they are filled with water but i don't think one food can boost your metabolism.

your body will actually use more energy digesting this food than calories it contains. So in theroy yes.
