the hindu religion believes in karma and all your suffering or joy is the fruits of your present and past karma. it also believed in Hinduism, while one can not escape from the effects of your karma, the future is in your own hands. this concept is also found in other eastern religions.

out of goodness...with the feeling of not hurting others...sometimes out of self imposed obligation...sometimes the ideal concept they have for themsilves which doesnt allow them to be selfish...to think of ones owwwwwwwwn happiness........Most of us remain in pain rather then choosing to be happhy ...sometimes i feel we fail to have courage to break the pattern of living.....
