Well, if you ate it cold from the fridge then put it in your hot belly, instant stomach ache for most., but if you don't know how old it was then it could be a slight food poisoning.

well if you did not heat it when the cold mixes with your hotter stomach that's a belly ache for some

Something in your fridge might of spoiled the pizza or the pizza was just spoiled. Clean your fridge every two weeks.
