If you can, give me a step by step on how to thin your hair. What is the difference between thinning shears & scissors? I have gotten my hair thinned about 3 times now, I want to be able to do it myself! Help? I might be able to help you with some of your own hair issues as well.

What I know of is that a shear is used for cutting fabrics; dress pants and any other clothing garment materials it is distinguishable through its handle it has a larger ring handle on one side and a smaller one on the other. While a scissor is used for cutting other materials and the handles have similar sized round shaped ^^,

I would have a qualified person do this because you will end up regretting doing your own hair, People go to school for this and hair dressers don't do there own hair.
