I need some recipes for smoothies without the added sugar!! I need recipes that have the same good taste without added sugar please help!! I will give the person a five star rating!!

ooh also i really don't want to use splenda ugg I just don't like it

I sell smoothies, so I would try to help:
You add fruit, juice and low fat/no sugar yogurt and blend or you could do with out the yogurt if you can't find any with out sugar and use a little ice instead, but we make our own yogurt so it doesn't have much sugar.
One of my most favourite:

Mango madness:
banana, raspberry, mango- mango juice- vanilla yogurt.

Use Splenda instead of sugar, use over-ripe strawberries, bananas, etc. No matter what you do tho, it will be more bitter than a commercial smoothie like Smoothie King, they use unprocessed raw sugar.

I am fond of a drinking my mom taught me to make.

Banana Smoothie/Shake

2 bananas
2 cups of Milk
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 egg (optional)

You can vary the amount of each ingredient, depending on taste.

Only use the egg if you want to create a protein version of the shake.

I make smooties often with:
Vanilla or Plain Soy Milk
Frozen Strawberries
Frozen Blueberries
Small Banana
Frozen Peach slices
(use any combination of any 2 or 3 of your favorite fruits)
Dash of cinnamon
Sugar Substitute - like Splenda
Buzz it in a blender till its smooth and enjoy....

Milk Shake- Low Cal/Low fat/ intense Protein/No Sugar further one million servings 5 min 3 min prep one million cup undemanding fat-loose yogurt 3/4 cup nonfat milk one million cup frozen fruit, of your selection 2 tablespoons vanilla powdered soy protein focus Pour milk into blender. upload yogurt, fruit and protein powder. blend till a shake is gentle. upload extra frozen fruit if the shake is in basic terms too liquidy.
