Forget about today and focus on tomorrow! Ask yourself why you're having difficulty sticking to your eating plan and whether or not its too rigid. Or perhaps you really aren't ready yet to lose the weight. You might also talk to your boyfriend about supporting you by not ordering tempting foods when you are out! And, by the way, two slices of vege pizza is ok. Have it with a salad and have a piece of fruit for that sweet tooth of yours! If you must have chocolate, opt for the sugar free variety if you can. Drink at least 2 quarts of water each day and get some exercise.

Listen to Jannette and Veronica, they're pretty much on top of everything. Ltterally? Maybe. But I'd guess that for you, today was 1k79. But you probably walk daily, you only drank water all day. Not so bad. Believe it or not, a pizza that has ham and pineapple is less an offender, than one that has all meat.
Next time you have a pizza, could you please tell me, where it was? I need a good pizza.

I'm guessing....but I'll bet that I'm pretty close...I'd say about 3,000 calories.
Start again. Tomorrow is a new day.
Good luck...most of us have been there!
I'm still trying to lose those darn last 20 lbs.!

Use the Interactive Nutrition Diary here:

This way you can track everything that you eat. It really surprised me and keeps me on track when I need to drop a pound here and there.
