im on a serious diet but today i been sooo buzy i not counted callories,can you help me.i had for luch a small jacket potatoe with fresh prawns(a handfull) some lettuce no butter and for tea i was really bad and my boyfriend orded a pizza..ham and pinapple. i had 3 naughty slices but im puzzeled to how much callories are in it all.please helo!! i wanna start 2moz on a frsh start and im suppose i looking for someone to tell me pizza is healthy and make me feel better!! (well i never know do i !!!)how many callories would you say i consumed today????

well good news first.. the pizza you ate had pineapples on it pineapples are a natural fat blocker, good choice. if its a large pizza its probably around 400-500 calories a slice. the potato is probably around 300 calories, prawns im not sure, and lettuceis like 15 a serving. so i would say about 2000 which isnt bad so if your feeling bad just mark it off as a bad day and get back to your diet. dont beat yourself up over one bad day. Its a collection of bad days that you should start worrying about. over all I think you will be pleased with yourself if you look at your weekly calorie count, you will see you burned more calories than consumed. Good luck on the diet.

I can;t tell you how many calories exactly that is. I can, however, tell you that 2 pieces of pizza (no more) is actually good for you and shouldn't wreck a diet. I'd guess you consumed about 1500 calories. Although the calories can be worked off, it's the fats that you need to pay attention to.
And drink that water ice cold..you'll burn up to 200 extra calories per day. That's what it takes yoour body to warm it up enough to digest. Drink some green tea to flush away some of that extra pizza. Try to eat the carbs early in the day and don't eat at all aafter 7:00pm

1000 cals i think you had and a pizza once a week is ok as long as you work out.

couldnt have been more than 1200-1500 calories.
