If someone told you that they had shot someone in the past but didn't say anything else what do you do? I'm not sure I believe this guy-he may be bragging. But, he is a Satanist so who knows.

He's probably full of BS. Just ignore most of what he says.

The guy has probably never shot anyone but you never know. My recommendation would be that if you feel this guy is into the things you refer to then I would contact (phone) the local police department about it. You can ask to speak with an investigator (Detective) and remain anonymous. Just pass the information on to him if you feel there may be some credibility to it. They may have an unsolved murder/shooting and this information could be helpful.
Recently a student did a similar act and it turned out the kid he reported was about to do a mass shooting at his school and the police discovered a large amount of weapons at his home so he saved many lives by coming forward.

you might want to know if this person shot at or shot and fatally wounded someone. If said person is still alive to talk about it.. then you have no need to say anything, as it would be up to the person who was shot.

however, if you know that this person perhaps killed someone, you can call in to the police with tips (anonymously), but without info on who this person actually shot, it's a nowhere lead for them.

good luck.. sorry for your moral dilemma

If he's a Satanist, he could very well be saying some bullcrap to sound cool. But either or, I wouldn't trust him. He seems like to type to pull one on you just to get some laughs or attention.

I would find a gun and and then shoot this man. Do not kill him though, because when he recovers you will want to be able to share that you too, in fact, have shot someone in the past.

he may have shoot someone and been found not guilty or found guilty and served time already.

He may have shoot and wounded but not killed and the statue of limitation has ran out so nothing could be done anyway.

If he tells enough so you know he is serious about it and it seems like a real crime, It should be reported but again, it is doubtful someone that actually shoot someone would be bragging about it

...did "they" say the "shot" someone or "killed" someone... it might make a difference...??? you're in a very very cautious area... be careful but keep your ears open to "quality" information...
