Is it just a biological thing or I can actually do something about it? I feel like I can weight 250 and my legs would look like toothpicks. I feel too uncomfortable wearing jeans, for example, since my legs are too skinny. So?

I have massive legs. I am 6'2" tall. I have to wear size 46 pants. Anything smaller, I cannot get my legs into my pants.

I got them when I got a power rack, a weight bar, plates, and a manta ray attachment.

ONCE A WEEK I do shoulder presses, also called 1/4" squats. Once a week, I increase the weight by 1 pound.
I HOLD the weight for 60 seconds.

The weight should be HEAVY after 30 seconds.

If you cannot get to a power rack and plates; get a couple of 5 gallon pails, put some water in each, pick up the pails and HOLD them for 60 seconds, keeping your elbows bent, your knees bent, and bending over. This will make your legs bigger and bigger. Just add a bit of water each week to the pails.

well hears a thought..you can have mine...there big and well...big!! get a saw(may need some whisky aswell) a couple of plasters and a box with ice and a postage stamp to the uk.cut em off send them off and ill do the same! problem solved.now dont you feel better.cant wait for my new legs to arrive!! im all exited! woo hoo!!

You are supposed to get 30 mins of exercise a day, so... Go for a walk for 30 mins every day. That'll get you the recommended amount of exercise, and get your legs strong and healthy in a matter of weeks.
