My boyfriend has very strange hunger problems. After he eats about 3 tacos (I'd be full at one!) He'll say he's still hungry. He'll litterally eat about 10 full tacos and STILL be very, very hungry. Is something wrong? I'm trying to get him to go to the doctor but he won't go. I just don't see how someone could eat 10 tacos (Well, not just tacos- but this happens with ALL food, I just said tacos because he eats those a lot), or like- 1.5 pizzas or another huge amount of food and still be hungry. Anyone have any idea what could be the matter?

Well I have heard that there can be this chemical in his brain that is missing. He doesn't know when he is full, so his body will want to continue to eat. There are many other reasons, but this seems logical.
I hope this helps.

LOL, don't worry. It's probably nothing bad. My brother eats a huge box of pizza by himself and eats anything just after 1 or two hours like if he hasn't eaten that day. But since you're still going to be worried take him to the doctor.

It may be his metabolism or level of activity. I have an extremely slow metabolism and eat very little (about 1 meal a day). However, I used to play a lot of basketball, eat like a horse, and still loose weight. If he can eat like that and is skinny, then it's probably one or both of these 2.

Maybe he can't feel when he's full there's like a condition or something for that he should go to the doctor though.

He has a tapeworm. A parasite is probably taking all of his nutrients from him.
