Alright well dear person whom wants to be skinny,
It is very true that it is in your genes so I am sorry if you come from a big boned family. However there are TONS of models that are not very skinny, those skinny models are called fashion models and there are very few of them. It is very true that they are beautiful even though they are about ya know 100 pounds.... however to be a fashion"skinny" model you should at least be from 108-124 lbs for girls, for guys about 128-150... the height minimum is 5'7 for girls, and for guys 5'11. Alright now how to get the body... working out about 40 minutes on your regular ted will be great for burning cals. and then try a 25 minute palaties work out it shapes and tones your muscle while helping your spin. For foods you should consider not eating any more junk food for a while until you reach your goal weight and then maybe have a little food splurge. Try staying away from complex carbs. and try to drink about 8-12 glasses of water a day. Eat a lot of vegies and fruits(be aware that fruits are high in sugar). Look for low-cal or low-fat snacks if you absolutly MUST have a snack during the day. Try staying away from "fake" fruit juices and soda. Work out daily but modify your work out every other week. You should make a scedg. Listen this does NOT HAPPEN OVER NIGHT! I know I know it sucks! But you must be able to continue. Also set a goal and stick with it... make your goal big! FOLLOW IT! And never get a stupid lame weak sicknesses like not eating or purging food and then throwing it up... it is stupid and nasty for your body... talk about making it worse! Anyways I wish you luck! And I hope this works and helps you!

First of all, most guys don't like the model skinny, and most of us don't understand this obsession many women have with wanting to be that skinny. To me, it's neurotic and unattractive.

What most of us like are women who are healthy, perhaps athletic, but given the choice between being super skinny and slightly overweight I think most guys would choose slightly overweight. Personally, since I'm so into working out and staying fit, I personally prefer an athletic build on a woman, with some muscle tone, but that's just me. Most definitely NOT the bony skinny haggard model look.

Healthy diet and exercise are the only ways of having a healthy body. Health and fitness should be the primary goals, with how you look being secondary. That's the only way you can stick with a healthy lifestyle.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

A good healthy diet, working out. But don't go as far as model skinny, curves are a good look, makes you look healthy and more attractive when you have the correct weight for you... look for a height and weight/age/frame size chart that can give you YOUR healthy weight.. you can also consult your doctor about it for a personalized professional suggestion as well as from a trainer at a gym and/or a nutritionist.

If your not born with it,you sure can't get one in a "healthy" way, ever.Modeling agencies have been criticized lately for their super skinny models, and some European countries have banned them them from big fashion shows etc. Look around you, those tall and very slim girls are not the "norm",women are supposed to have shape and curves.Take care. Honey, that's impossible. Even those models aren't like that, it's called photoshop, Hun, if they really looked like that, They'd be sick. You don't want to be skinny, you want to be HEALTHY. I can surely tell you, guys don't find sticks as attractive as a healthy girl, trust me Hun, you don't want to be that skinny.

Here's how the models do it: Don't eat anything except breath mints and smoke a lot of cigarettes. Unfortunately, this is not very healthy at all, so you shouldn't try it.

Model agencies are now using more endomorph women to give a more realistic look now, and to prevent unhealthy women. If people like the way product looks, a more realistic looking model will sell more.

The best way is exercise. 1/2 hour of aerobics and 1/2 hour of weight training daily is a great routine. Seriously, you need to exercise this much to take it off and keep it off. If you can, join a gym - exercising with other people is less lonely and can be fun.
