I can honestly say i have that shiny hair. Its easy. Just need to find the right stuff. For me I used the cheap shampoo and conditioner made by wal-mart. It is equate and find the kind that says something about making your hair shiny. I also garnier frutise sleek and shine. For leave in conditioner use Aussie anti frizz leave in conditioner. If you want it even more shiny use herbal essences night shimmers. I can guarantee it will work, did for me. And it doesn't look greasy, it looks natural shiny. Also helps if you have a ceramic straghtener cause of the steam. Hope I helped!

Actually, I use a product by Proclaim. It's for coarser hair, such as african, but on my hair, it makes it very shiney without being oily or flat. It's pretty awesome.

I think that they use acrylic wigs....I have never seen hair like that either, and I was a hair dresser. They may be spraying some type of gloss polish on, for photo shoots, but it would be a mess in everyday life. Best wishes.

yeah, you wouldnt believe how light they make it. and everyone's hair is that shiny, they just enhance how it looks in a commercial maybe with spritz that could be temporary and making it really really really bright by directin the light onto the hair. there are also computer programs that can do that too i think
