I'm going to be 16,and almost 5'2 and i have alot of gut, I'm not really overweight...but can you tell me ways that i can lose my gut?

Go on a power-walk for a least 1mile in the morning and 1mile before retiring at night. Don't eat after 3;00 p.m. Drink plenty of water and just keep forcused, put some plastic wrap around your waist line and suck your stomach in while your taking your walking to tighten up your stomach mucsles,this is old fashion but it works and don't cost a thing

to the guy with the first answer. sit ups will not loose your gut dummy. it will only build your ab muscles under the fat.

You need to loose the fat first. so do cardio. the only way! and pills dont work!

if you don't want to use pills then do some sittups everyday and then increase the number of them everyday
