Go to [TASKS] (should open a panel to the left side if it's not already open). Go to where it says, "3. Finish Movie." Then "Save to my computer." A window will pop up wanting you to enter a file name and destination for your video file. Click [NEXT]. Click on "Show more choices" and go to "Other Settings." I myself use this setting;
Video for broadband (512 Kbps)

YouTube usually doesn't care what video band you use (ie. LAN, broadband, dial-up, etc). I personally like 512 Kbps as it loads fairly smooth on YouTube when playing. Of course I use Cable Internet. So it all depends on the author of the video file really.

Also, this will save it as a .wmv file. You can download free coverters on the internet if you are not happy with .wmv files. I personally would rather deal with .avi files. They are smaller and size, and are getting more common that .wmv files.

I hope this helps.
