If God is perfect, what's the idea to create an imperfect world?

Good question. If he is perfect, he would not need anything. He wouldn't need people to use their "free will" to love him. Why would he? He's perfect.
god doesn't exist, people need to stop wasting time worshipping an imaginary being and believing in a fairy tale!

If anyone is playing with us it's the Vatican, or any organized religion for that matter. I believe that God lets us create our own destiny, allot of what happens is a test in my opinion. I'm gay, but I don't believe god expects me to be celibate and live my entire life without real love. I believe my test in life is to overcome the prejudice & hatred I come across so often. I think my test is how I deal with those things, I try to choose the dignified and Christian path most of the time ... but some make it hard. That's where God's forgiveness comes in the play, we loose ourselves at times ... God knows this. Just be the best person you can be in spite of the world around you, account for your shortcomings, ask forgiveness and do better next time. God doesn't ask for more than that!

GOD created a PERFECT world and MAN SCREWED UP and so GOD said, you loose, live life without my help as it IS with NO Godly intervention.
OK, let's put it into terms your mind can understand
Your PARENTS have this home they bought before you were born for $35,000 and today it's work $500,000 and it's 95% paid for at $35,000 terms and interest
YOU are a screw off. YOU bring friends over who do drugs, sell drugs, sell women
Your parents house has food, A/C, heat and they charge you know rent.
THE POLICE come to ask about yo uand they GET TIRED OF IT ALL
So they THROW YOU OUT
Now.
You paid no rent
YOu got heat
AC
Food for free
But THEY don't like how you live and waht you do so THEY threw you out
YOU now, have to make your way in aworld where a house cost $500,000
An Apartment costs $900
Heat in cold winter costs $300
AC in the Summer costs $200
Food costs $150
A car cost $200 a month
Insurance costs $90 a month
Gas costs $250 a month
BEFORE all of this was FREE
NOW you have to pay
YOUR PARENTS didn't make this WORLD
This WORLD was there
the WORLD you lived in was THIER WOLRD and LET LET YOU until YOU make yourself such a pest THEY THREW YOU OUT
Don't BLAME THEM for the WORLD you live in
BLAME your DESIRES for a LIFE STYLE contrary to THEIR lifestyle
THEY don't have to finance you
NO law says they do after age 18
You want to live LIFE your WAY not THEIR WAY
PAY FOR IT
Don't complain
THEY aren't OBLIGATED to PAY for your way of liviing
YOU want to be different
YOU want to defy
PAY FOR LIVING WITH YOUR OWN MONEY

Here's how it works in America
YOU SON or DAUGHETER is selling HEROINE out of their bedroom

THEY CONFISCATE your home.
The put it on the ACTION BLOCK
THe ONLY way you might be able to get it back is to TURN STATES EVIDENCE and SELL YOUR KIDS down the river for 20 years in prison.
EVEN then the Feds may KEEP your house

A commercial aircraft company LOST their plane to the FEDs because it was CAUGHT transporting POT for a client of the COMPANY.
UNDER FEDERAL LAW the FBI can do this.
YOu kids use your house to sell drugs the FBI can CONFISCATE your house
YOU now have to find an apartment and live there
The FEDS can put YOUR house on the ACUCTION block!

He created this imperfect world as the best of all possible ways to gain entry into the best of all possible worlds. Since free will is a necessary part of the best of all possible worlds, it had to be exercised in imperfect circumstances. Think of our free will as being perfect in this world and our life being perfect in the next. Thanks for asking.

I agree wit Ray, "the Earth is God's doing, the world is our fault."
As wisdom goes, mankind is still in its infancy. Like toddlers everywhere, we tend to make a big mess of things, instead of following the guidance of God.

God made the earth perfect, but He also made man with the ability to choose to keep it perfect or ruin it, as a being can.

God created us to love. In order to love we have to have free will. We have chosen this life not God. He continues to allow us free will in order to allow us the greater gift of love.
