I've been using this site since I found out I was pregnant and will probably continue after the baby gets here. I love it. Congratulations on your new little one!!

You might try this site: http://www.babyfit.com/ I know they are geared towards pregnancy fitness but it looks like they may have some resources for new parents too.

If they don't you can try their sister site: http://www.sparkpeople.com/ I don't think their calorie counter has an option for BFing moms but I think I've seen a few groups there that are specifically for you. They may know how to re-calculate the numbers yourself.

I know the SparkPeople system works for loosing weight as I'm down 20 pounds with them and holding it off. Now to get motivated to loose the last 10 that I would like to. Sigh.

Oh, and I know SP is free. I believe BabyFit is, too.

Weight watchers has a great breastfeeding program... you can do it online, dont even need to attend meetings these days, unless of course you want too.... Its like $13 dollars a month... but it works..
Also, dont rush into loosing the baby weight.... Make sure you have your doctors ok before starting any excersize program.
Good luck and congrats!
