I live in South Louisiana and I have some crab claws and I don't know what to do with them...I really don't want to batter and fry them because I would like to try something different

I personally haven't made these, but your question reminded me of quick steamed crab claw recipe I found from Alton Brown ("Good Eats" on Food Network).

boil with crab boil, new potatoes and corn on the cob, serve on newspaper. you get crab boil bottle at grocery store for 2-5 $.

boil them and remove meat. chop meat and mix with either mayonaise or miracle whip.Makes a crab salad that you can eat on lite bread or crackers or like me just eat right out of the bowl.
