Need more specifics about what you are asking - to try and answer what you have asked thus far...
What do you think? Not sure what your asking here
Seen them? No - Demons are bodiless creatures, they do exist, that is why you see people who are demon possessed, your not actually seeing the demon though, your seeing and hearing the demon work thru the human body.
Dreams - Yes, Dreams can be caused by demons.
When a person has demons - and a lot of people do, including Christians, demons live in our heads, the Holy Spirit lives in our hearts. When you go to do something wrong, you hear one voice that tells you to go ahead and do it, that its ok - that is a demon. On the other hand, you will hear another voice in your head telling you not to do it - that is the holy spirit working.
I hope all of this makes sense, let me know if you have more questions.

Let me start by saying the very term "demon possessed" is based on an unfortunate rendering of certain passages in the King James Bible, and perpetuated in later versions, with some improvement, where the word "devil" was replace by the correct term "demon".
A frequently occurring term is "possessed by a devil." This is firstly, inaccurate, as the word devil should never have been used. The word devil properly refers to a specific being, who is one and the same as Satan, and is never used in the general sense of evil spirits in the original Greek of the New Testament.(see Revelation 12:9,12; 20:2) The word that should be used in these passages should be demon, being a transliteration of the Greek word daimon, or more commonly, daimonion, which terms are basically interchangeable.
Secondly, the use of the term "possessed" is misleading. The actual word in the Greek is daimonizomai, which does not carry with it the sense of being possessed, or under the complete control and ownership of a demon (or devil, as the KJV); but only of being under the influence of or afflicted by a demon. A more accurate translation of the word would actually be "demonized." Sometimes the same concept is expressed in speaking of a person "having" a demon (or devil as in the KJV).
The point is, that what is being communicated in the original language is not that the people mentioned in the New Testament whom Jesus and His disciples ministered to were "possessed", but were afflicted, or tormented by demons (not devils). I suppose the one exception to this case might be the demoniac of the Gadarenes, of whom it might be said more accurately that he was possessed, pretty much wholly under the control of demons.
For a more thorough treatment of the subject I would recommend the works of Bible teacher Derek Prince, particularly his book "They Shall Expel Demons"

I haven't seen them, thankfully, but I know they exist. Check out the news, parents killing their own kids, serial killers, etc., if that isn't pure evil, what is? Supposedly good people suddenly going bonkers and murdering without motive. I don't think demons possess them, I think they just confuse and lead them.

Demons do not exist. And someone who thinks they are possessed is having some sort of psychological issues.
