Start jumping out of 2nd floor windows until you can land without too much pain. Then move up to third floor windows... and so on. The sky's the limit.

Stay in the best physical condition possible. When you first start taking g forces in a fighter, you'll find you can only handle about 6 g. That number goes up with continued application of the forces. I was finally able to take 9 g for about 15 seconds before blacking out, and that was with the g suit. It varies from individual to individual.

Think of fighter pilots like you would athletes. How do athletes get strong enough to compete in their sport? They do a lot of aerobic and weight training. They eat right. They get a good night's sleep. Also, they are born with a certain natural ability to be an athlete.

Same deal with fighter pilots.

You squeeze your legs/thighs extremely tightly to force blood back into the brain. You need to also be in good shape generally.
