Ive just finished a media player in visual basic.net and I want to put it online for download but unlike my other software it needs two dll's and I dont want to use the visual studo installer so is there an easy way to put the program and dll's together?

Really easy. Use Winzip or another ZIP creation program and make a ZIP file, then distribute your program and the DLLs as a ZIP.
