There is this guy who is 26 and 2 of my friends think he's a stalker. Even though he doesn't act like it. How can you find out if someone is or isn't without getting the police or family involved?

A stalker of who? If it's you, you would already know. A stalker follows someone they're interested in even when that person has no feelings for the stalker. The stalker hides and watches to see when you come home. They call and hang up just to see if you're home (this has lessened with caller ID). They follow you to your work place and wait for you to leave work and follow you in your car.

they are everywhere that you are and they call your home they just are really creepy people. you would know if you had a stalker they would make themselves known trust me

What reasons do they have to think this? Does he follow them around? If he follows them, calls them, just will not leave them alone then they need to tell someone.
