That's silly. If it did, you wouldn't be able to find it on the shelf. The DEA would have it pulled.
Many, many years ago, Coca-Cola did have cocaine in it and you had to have a prescription to order it. Mybe that's why you used to get a drug store coke.

It's doesn't have cocaine in it. It is loaded with caffeiene. ANd the reason your feeling dizzy is because it's too strong for you. And don't believe everything you hear.
