The cow would quench its thirst.....nothing would happen. Of course, the farmer would have to give the milk to the cow, because if the cow was able to drink its own milk directly from its own body, it would break its own neck!

As if the cow could reach back there to get a drink... hahaha! Actually, the calves feed from their mother cows, so,.... it must not be too bad for them! If a baby can drink mother's milk from the breast, then so can an adult... it would just tasted weird to them... I really think that was a good question!

The cow would be less productive since a part of its original volume would be consumed by the cow and not for other use.
