i have been like this since i have had gastric flu just having cold sweats, feeling sick, dizzy, but i have had bad headaches before all this happens sometimes also i am not sleeping till 5AM and its killing me just was wondering what all you thought it could be

Its probably worth speaking to your doctor - it could be an inner ear infection or inflammation. This can upset your balance and cause dizziness etc and is not uncommon with flu symptoms.
Speak to your doctor - if this is the case there are tablets he can give you to ease the nausea/dizziness.

what is gastric flu. no such disease. probably gastroenteritis. it takes a long while to get over it. you outta go to the doctor.

I know this probably does not help, but it took me a good month to get over something like this..... just try to get plenty of rest and take extra good care of yourself!! :)

noone should be trying to diagnose you over the internet- see a doctor now! it could be serious.
