I am in the same boat. I ma on weight watchers too and I keep losing and gaining .4- .6 its driving me crazy. My leader told me to play with the flex ponts to see if I need to use more or less of them.. she also said to try parking further and all those kinds of little tricks..

Whenever you have hit a plateau with trying to loose weight you have to increase your exersize load...not by much though just enought to fit in with your scheduel...if you don't get the results you want you're going have to start to cut back on the calories as well or start eating healthier...good luck
