I dont know wich to get...Great dane or Doberman!

Great Dane, for these following reasons
a.) They are just like humans, they sit on there buts on the couch while there front two legs are on the floor.
b.) Mine is so funny, she sits on my lap or lays on my lap like a small dog would.
c.) The great dane i have, Marty, sets a spot on the floor or bed with a blanket with her mouth and spins around until she finds a comfortable spot!!
One reason not to, they are tall so they could get up on counters

I love them both. I would go with the Doberman. Great Danes are SOO big, I do not have the room for a great dane, and they will also cost more than a doberman when it comes to food costs and vet bills. But if you have the room and money for a great dane, really either is a great choice. Both breeds are excellent dogs if properly trained and socialized. Good Luck choosing!!!

Hmmmm well I just LOVE Great Danes, they are wonderful dogs, however they don’t live very long. Their live expectancy is on average 9-10 years, it was even reported they lived up to 8 years. This breed is also prone to many health problems, the most common bloatation, which is often fatal. Furthermore they are not cheap to feed, also given that they consume a lot. These dogs are big but that doesn’t mean their meant to be kept outside, they need to be with you at least most of the time to be happy, so it would be a good idea to place an extra sofa in the lounge room for his own personal use lol! Good luck on choosing your breed of dog!

Get the Great Dane. They are much prettier and you have a less likely chance of one turning on you.

Why do you want such a big dog? Do you realize that big dogs don't live very long? If you grow to love them you don't get to keep them very long. Why not a good ol' mixed bred mutt from the pound, who will weigh about 30-40lbs, who you will love and it will love you and you will have for many years.
