I like mine plain with a little bit of vanilla extract. If you mean you need a recipe for some then here:
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
Measure all ingredients in to blender jar; blend for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides. Blend for 15 seconds more. Cover and let sit for 1 hour. (This helps the flour absorb more of the liquids.) Makes 12-14 crepes.
Otherwise I like to put a little bit of vanilla ice cream, then some strawberries or other fruits (like banana!) and then a little bit of whipped cream! Yummy!

Don't like crepes, I prefer Pancakes.
My wife makes 'em to her own recipe and they taste amazing!
Filled with the classic sugar and lemon or maybe banana and ice cream, mmm mm!
Getting hungry now!

I haven't made crepes in ages, but I do love them simply done w/ Suzette (orange) sauce and xxx sugar.

I put brown sugar, peanut butter, cornmeal, vanilla, beer, chocolate, etc.
I fill them with, maple syrup, jams, banana and chocolate cream, brandy flavoured pears, spinach and cream cheese or feta, seafood, hearts of palms seasoned, etc.

Filled with hot black cherries that have been soaked in Kirsch (black cherry liqueuer) Or mandarin oranges, cointreau, flambe'd in brandy served with ice cream! but for everyday, just sugar and lemon juice!
