Anyone else find that to be a ridiculous statement. I enjoy a glass of wine just as much as the next person, but everyday is a bit much. I think this has been established by the glutonous wine guzzling baby-boomers.

Other countries drink wine with dinner everynight. Many in America do too, but we have to deal with those who judge us. Personally, one glass of wine isn't going to do a thing for me. If I'm drinking to get cerebral action from it, it'll take more than one glass and I don't think wine would be my first choice. FYI I'm way over legal age, educated and not a baby boomer!

1 or 2 glasses of wine every day is beneficial to your health. Some people actually like the taste it is not about getting intoxicated.
What exactly would you consider moderate, 2 drinks a week?
Early Americans drank 6+ beers a day it was one of the most consumed beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. It wasn't just a beverage it was a food staple.

I agree. If you need a drink everyday, it's more than moderation.
