HMM, Perhaps your sister in law was ashamed that you were not informed earlier or there is a reason why she did not want to tell you about it. has there been any bad blood between you two that would do it, or have you and your hubby been arguing alot? sometimes those things can make a person not want to get into a conversation or take sides on an issue. you may want to call her and find out if there is a problem between you and her and then make your decision on going based on if the issue is going to make the trip less than enjoyable. good luck.

This is a pretty big disaster in he making, however you should go to support your partner. Go for him alone, and keep that in mind throughout the entire trip. Seriously, the girl has issues with you, whatever they may be. Can you think of any reasons why she might of kept the pregnancy from you in the first place? Your husband should have told you, he should have thought of your feelings. Couples should never hide things from one another- that's a big no-no. Just avoid her , but don't let this stop you from embracing in the life of your new neice or nephew. Good Luck!

How did you discover this? Your husband should not keep secrets from you. If you don't go your husband should not go either and you shouldn't want him to go without you. If you decide to go you should also decide to put this behind you and be civil. You must have children the same age and want them to be cousins and not pass on the hurt and resentment that you feel. Your sis-in-law sounds petty don't be petty too.

Go. It is better to go with the husband you love, than stay behind to avoid your in-law. Face it, we all know that some in-laws cause problems. You know what you should do, go on that vacation and be so nice to her, that she kills herself inside. I know it doesn't sound like much but i tried the be-nice method and I literally this one girl rip her hair out. It was hilarious

well you should take in consideration how his sister feels. while i would be upset that she was unwilling to share remember that she might be embarrassed, scared, highly emotional, or wary of sharing the news until the pregnancy has progressed. go on the vacation and have some fun. and if you have time, and its appropriate, congradulate her on her baby and politely ask why she didnt want you to know about it. that is the easiest and best solution and the only way to get her side of the story.

Kindness is a gentle killer. That is the best way to get to someone-think about it. Just go so your husband doesn't lose out on being with his family and blame you for a rocky relationship with them. Let bygones be bygones. She must be very jealous of you.

There must be SOME reason why she didn't want you to know. Was she embarrassed by it somehow?
Why don't you just call her and ask (sweetly) Hey, why didn't you want me to know? Did you think I would be mad? Jealous? what?
I bet you'll be surprised to find out what her reasons are.
After that, your decision will be alot easier.

Go on keep your attention on your husband.
Simply be cordial with her.
You can say hi, and then turn your attentions elsewhere.
Would you really let someone else stop you from enjoying yourself.
