he may be sky or just nervous but theres nothing wrong with a girl asking a guy out beisdes it will show him that you are interested and that you go after what you want so good luck

He probably is to nervous to tell you his feelings. I have experience with that. If you were to ask him out he would be all over you. It will be a huge relief to him and you. When guys are given a huge relief trust me WE SHOW IT!

maybe he is not ready,or he is just to scared to ask you out, if i were you i wouldnt ask him out because thats a mans job.
You should tell him that you really like him, then he should reply ''will you go out with me'' then you say yes.
OR
tell one of you friends to tell him that you really like him then the same should happen.
Ok... well you can ask him out but it would be rather awkward, but do whatever makes you feel comfortable.
