Any projects you've been putting off like: catching up on paperwork, putting together a scrapbook, getting photos organized, emailing some friends you haven't seen/talked to in a while, cleaning out your closet, getting your taxes done, put together a "to do" list.....I could go on forever.
Now if the weather is great and you want to get outside, call up a friend and see if they want to go to the beach, take a walk along the waterfront, go for a bike ride. If the weather's crappy but you still want to be out, go to a movie, try a new restaurant you've been wanting to. If all else fails, rent a movie, pop some popcorn, settle on the couch and suddenly you will be into the movie being someone else and somewhere other than your living room.

JTTY: not ALL people on yahoo are sickos, so it's kind of wrong to say "no wrong answers you sickos". Anyways, you could read a book, go watch a movie, or whenever I'm really bored, I just go shopping.
