colour the salt green and sprinkle it on after its cooked

Have you ever had Kettle corn.
Just take some sugar put it in a plastic bag
and a few drops of green food coloring. Shake the bag until all the sugar is green pour over popcorn.
You could also melt some Parmesan cheese and tint it green and cover popcorn
That would taste good..

Adding food coloring to the oil won't do anything as the food coloring is water-based and won't mix with the oil. The manufacturerers of colored popcorn spray the color on after it's popped.

put it into the oil when u pop it or put it into the butter when u put it onto the popcorn after its popped
